Please ensure that you select your size carefully before completing your order. Each item is produced specifically based on your chosen size and preferences.

Therefore, we do not offer exchanges or refunds on any orders unless the product has a confirmed manufacturer defect.

If you receive a defective item, you must contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order and provide photos or videos as proof so we can assist you promptly.

Please note:

• parcel are not allowed to be opened.

• In case of defect we should be informed within 24 hours, otherwise we apologize that we will not be able to assist you.
