Shipping Policy
1. Delivery Areas
We deliver to all governorates across Egypt. For customers within Cairo & Giza (Greater Cairo), delivery usually takes 1–3 working days. For other governorates, delivery takes 3–7 working days, depending on courier availability and shipping address.
2. Shipping Methods & Fees

Free shipping/minimum threshold: e.g. orders above EGP 2,000 qualify for free standard delivery (within Egypt)

Click-and-Collect / Branch Pickup: If you choose to pick up from one of our branches, you pay no shipping fee, and pickup is usually available within 24 hours after order confirmation.

For large/heavy auto-parts orders, shipping fee and method may vary — we will contact you to confirm charges and timing.
3. Order Processing Time
Orders are processed within 24 hours of payment confirmation (or order confirmation if Cash on Delivery). Orders placed after 5:00 PM (EET) or during weekends/bank holidays will be processed the next working day.
4. Shipment Tracking & Notifications
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email/SMS/WhatsApp — please use it to follow delivery progress.
5. Delays & Exceptional Circumstances
If delivery is delayed due to courier issues, external factors (weather, allowed delays), or inaccurate address/contact information — we will notify you and attempt to reschedule.
6. Returns, Exchanges & Damages

If the item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and order details. We will arrange for replacement or refund (at no shipping cost to you).

For wrong size/item (in case of apparel) or wrong part (for auto-parts), you can request exchange within 7 days of delivery. Return shipping costs depend on your location and are your responsibility — unless the error was ours.

Items eligible for return must be unused, with original packaging and tags (if applicable).
7. Out-of-Stock / Cancellation
If any ordered item becomes unavailable, we will notify you within 24 hours of order placement and offer either a replacement, store credit, or full refund (upon your preference).
8. Customer Responsibilities
Please ensure that delivery address, contact number, and shipping instructions are correct. We are not responsible for lost/delayed orders due to incorrect information or unavailability for delivery at the time of courier attempt.
9. International Shipping
At this time, we only ship within Egypt. For international orders, contact us for a custom quote (shipping fees and delivery time will depend on destination).
